Also see the bottom of this page.<\/p>\n<p>The creator\/supplier of perhaps the most esoteric (and rather expensive) e-liquid (e.g., Absinthe, Ylang Ylang, Roast Beef, etc.) is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.be9.net\/decadentvapours\/\" target=\"_blank\">Decadent Vapours<\/a>, based in the UK. It appears that they have closed their shop, however DV&#8217;s offerings now are sold by Totally Wicked* (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.totallywicked-eliquid.com\/?ps1=00100\" target=\"_blank\">US<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk\/?ps1=00100\" target=\"_blank\">UK<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.totallywicked-eliquid.com\/?ps1=00100\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Decadent Vapour\" src=\"http:\/\/i562.photobucket.com\/albums\/ss67\/DonDaBoomVape\/WWV%20adds\/DecadentVapour.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"304\" height=\"202\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">* <strong>Bonus<\/strong>: Anything you order from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.totallywicked-eliquid.com\/?ps1=00100\" target=\"_blank\">TW<\/a> will be imprinted with their trademark logo \u2013 a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red devil&#8217;s head<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 which some find appealing &#8230; others, not so much. I have used TW atomizers &#8230; but not in the presence of corporate clients.]<\/p>\n<h4>China Juice or Made in the USA\/UK?<\/h4>\n<p><strong>The Past<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prior to 2010, virtually all e-liquid was manufactured in China by a handful of companies (mainly <a href=\"http:\/\/yndekang.en.alibaba.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">DeKang Biotechnology<\/a>) and sold by Chinese suppliers or exported to the west. I order China-manufactured juice from the least expensive US or China supplier who carries the flavors I like. [NOTE: Chinese suppliers usually have the best prices, but then their shipping costs are very high. Good for large orders.]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"DeKang e-liquid\" src=\"http:\/\/i562.photobucket.com\/albums\/ss67\/DonDaBoomVape\/Dekange-liquid.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"417\" height=\"92\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Most (but not all) of the western-produced e-liquid [\u2018western\u2019 = North America and Europe, not cowboys] <strong>had <\/strong>been simply <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lorannoils.com\/c-6-super-strength-flavors-candy-oils.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">LorAnn<\/a> flavoring mixed with base PG or VG (and China-produced nicotine) and sold at what I regard to be highly inflated prices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"LorAnn candy oils\" src=\"http:\/\/i562.photobucket.com\/albums\/ss67\/DonDaBoomVape\/LorAnncandyoils.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"211\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <em>best <\/em>of that group <strong>combined <\/strong>more than one LorAnn flavor (and other mysterious flavors) to create unique and tasty concoctions, e.g., NHaler&#8217;s &#8220;lung juice&#8221; mentioned on the previous page, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mstsbakery.com\/\">Ms. T&#8217;s Bakery<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liquidxpress.com\/Walrus-s-Mad-Scientist-s-Laboratory-c7\/\" target=\"_blank\">Walrus&#8217;s Mad Scientist&#8217;s Laboratory<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/vapingguides.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Ms-Ts-Bakery-and-Walrus.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-427\" title=\"Ms T's Bakery and Walrus\" src=\"http:\/\/vapingguides.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Ms-Ts-Bakery-and-Walrus.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"415\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"http:\/\/vapingguides.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Ms-Ts-Bakery-and-Walrus.jpg 691w, http:\/\/vapingguides.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Ms-Ts-Bakery-and-Walrus-300x183.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 415px) 100vw, 415px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A very few (e.g., <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intellicig-usa.com\/category-s\/26.htm&amp;Click=1542\" target=\"_blank\">ECOPure<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.be9.net\/decadentvapours\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Decadent Vapours<\/a>) started from scratch and created something truly special, which I would be <strong>un<\/strong>able to do with my own limited DIY supplies (and talent). [DIY = Do It Yourself.] Those (and the immediately above) may be <strong>worth <\/strong>the prices charged.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"EcoPure and Decadent\" src=\"http:\/\/i562.photobucket.com\/albums\/ss67\/DonDaBoomVape\/EcoPureandDecadent.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"329\" height=\"109\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I was very <em>impressed <\/em>with what the <strong>Chinese <\/strong>manufacturers created. For example, how do they extract both subtly different tobacco flavors and controlled amounts of nicotine from tobacco leaves? I doubt <strong>any <\/strong>DIYer can replicate <em>that<\/em>. [And what the heck <strong>are <\/strong>the ingredients in RY4 (or RY1, 2, or 3 for that matter)?]<\/p>\n<p>But 0mg Butter Rum e-liquid? Nah! Even <strong>I <\/strong>can do that. [And I have; it\u2019s really inexpensive and easy \u2026 and it tastes good! (All credit to LorAnn.)
