Most of the main-stream media stories on electronic cigarettes focus on the negatives and it is fantastic to see one that actually states the facts. John Tierney has done just that in his article, A Tool to Quit Smoking Has Some Unlikely Critics in the NY Times. The article actually exposes the fallacy of the arguments against the electronic cigarette posed by the FDA and other critics. This is an extremely positive article regarding the benefits of electronic cigarettes and is a good one to pass along to anyone who has only heard the prohibitionist propaganda.

It’s well researched and detailed, and doesn’t just parrot the usual speaking points. When I first saw it in my feed I thought “oh great, another mass media hit piece.” But then I read it, and you could’ve knocked me over with a feather 🙂
